"Best auto shop in Dayton! Only place I'll go to - clean inside, fast service and the team is absolutely awesome. Special shout out to Josh; can't recommend more highly!"
"I had only $60 cash on me. I needed a tire changed, and wanted my front-end inspected. The tire job listed at 65, and the inspection fee was $60. I told him my situation, and he changed (rotated) my right rear tire for my right front, as my spare was not safe, and with front wheel drive, the uneven wear on my front tire was safer on the back. He did not charge the whole price of$125. He took my $60 and called it even. He also gave me honest info on my front-end, and gave me a VERY fair estimate, as well as good advice. They are trustworthy, and fair. I give them 5 out of 5 stars."
"The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because thus was my first time here. And you know how that can be sometimes. BUT the guy at the front desk was friendly and the service was quick! I got 4 new tires and they were done in about 20 minutes! I love that because my time is very valuable ."
"I stopped into this location during the week. The Good Year brand is one that I have used exclusively for 15-20 years and I needed new tires. I had a good experience with Josh, who came outside to get info from my truck & tires. We set an appointment for the following Monday. On Friday I realized that I had not written down the dollar amount. So I called the location and spoke with Brandon. Brandon shouldn't have answered the phone if he wasn't ready to provide customer service. He spoke down to me and made no effort to answer my question about cost. He told me he couldn't give me a cost because he didn't know what kind of tires would go on my truck. I asked how could I have an appointment to put tires on if it hadn't been noted that they were available. Was I supposed to come in Monday morning on a wing & a prayer? I got the impression that he thought he sounded smart, but what it did was undermine my confidence in that location. I asked him to cancel my appointment. He seemed to have no problem with that. I guess $500 in business is no big deal to them so I took my money down the road. I will continue to use the Goodyear brand, but not this location."
"I purchased 4 new tires, installation and front-end alignment on the Goodyear website on 8/28/22. I dropped off my truck for the installation at the Goodyear owned store on 8/31/22. I picked up my truck later that morning, and when I pulled out of the parking lot, and went about a block, my driver side rear wheel fell off, went across the oncoming traffic, and hit a store front. Fortunately, no other cars were hit and the no one was injured. I called the store, they sent someone to put the wheel back on, and I drove it back to the store. I was told they would take care of it and let me know when it was done. I picked up my truck right before closing and when driving, I notice I had to hold the steering wheel to the right to get the vehicle to drive straight, and there was a vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I called Goodyear corporate and told them what had happened and was told to take the vehicle back to the store. After my previous experience, I told them I wanted to take it somewhere else. They gave me a case# and told me they would take care of any problems. I took it to another Goodyear distributor and was told the rear wheel that fell off was damaged and needed to be replaced, and the vehicle would need another front-end alignment. After 3 days and another $626.60, I picked up the vehicle and it drove straight, but still had a vibration at highway speed. I called Goodyear again; told them I was taking the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer for further inspection. I was told they would work with the dealer to solve my problem. I received a call from the dealer and was told 2 of the new tires were bad and Goodyear was sending them 2 new tires. After a week at the dealer and another $421.14 for the labor, I picked up the vehicle. I also had $514.70 rental car invoice as well and cannot get a return phone call from Goodyear, after being told multiple times they were having their insurance call me. I am out a total of $1,562.44 and countless hours on this ordeal."
