"If I could give it negative stars I would. Absolute worst customer service ever - on a 21 hour road trip and rental car indicated an oil change was needed. Enterprise said we could stop by any Firestone to cover - spoke with a live agent who helped request and confirm an appointment. Told Mark Satterfield (guy on site) we had an appointment and he immediately said no you don’t, you haven’t spoken with anyone, showed him the email confirmation and he said they didn’t need to value any appointments they didn’t want to. Condescendingly proceeded to tell us it was our fault for not calling - when we walked out another customer followed us out to the parking lot and let us know they began speaking pretty badly about us loudly. She also mentioned she had seen them turn away multiple other customers to try to get home earlier. I know a long work day and wanting to get home earlier - but this was two hours before closing with an appointment and a simple sorry man can’t fit you in today would have sufficed but honestly guy was a jerk about the whole situation. Would not recommend this spot at all."

"Save your money and go somewhere else. Firestone has always been a great business in assisting with our cars. But for some reason this specific location the past few times and has not been a great experience. This specific experience we were charged an additional 100 dollars than our quote we got online. We simply asked why there was a difference, and the worker( Mark S) caught an attitude from the get go. We noticed the attitude but simply moved on, and proceeded to ask if he could just explain the difference. He then proceeded to say that we should have consulted about it before the service and then we could have worked it out. Which I totally agree with, but our price was never brought up before hand, and we went in thinking of the price online. It then escalated. After this, we didn't want to make the situation worse, so we paid the bill as was. When we got home, we looked at the bill and found out we were being charged for road hazard assistance, which was never discussed, and is completely optional. The situation should have never been escalated to this point. Its just sad we live in a world with people that think this is ok, and hope people can change. But we definitely wont be coming back.Hopefully the business does what they need to do, to make there costumers want to actually come here."

"Made an appointment and they were kind enough to squeeze me in on a busy day. Got my oil changed and the staff were nice. The only thing was, they forgot to call me after my car was ready. I checked back with them an hour before closing and told me my car was ready long time ago. If not, would have been without the car over the weekend. I hope the crazy year end was the reason they forgot to call me. But otherwise I had a good experience."
