"Made an appointment for a quote. Showed up and they wouldn’t give me a quote. When I told them I wasn’t interested in getting it repainted just fixed and I didn’t care about the scrapes they acted like I was some poor person wasting their time. Refused to pop the hood to do a quote “in case it doesn’t close back”. Said they wouldn’t know how much it was going to be until they got into it. So why do they offer appointments for quotes? Had no problem getting a quote at another shop. Normally I’d just move on but since the manager was a complete jerk to me I thought I’d write a review."

"I can't trust a company that can't afford insurance!! If they wreck my car while test driving it (after repairs), they will NOT cover cost of repairs (they don't have insurance to cover accidents). The lady had the nerve to say that I should just trust them, LOL. Accidents have nothing to do with trust!!!"
