"I have been using Tide cleaners for several years now. That by itself is a statement of support, however, I will add that I am very pleased with the dry cleaning service and with The Tide employees I deal with."

They pushed me off so many times that I gave up pursuing. I continue going because it is convenient. I do get somewhat excited when all my clothes are returned."

"I have used the Avon, OH location since it opened. I like the convenience of picking up my items after hours. Unfortunately they ruined one of my shirts that I had only worn once. It was white, but returned to me pink. It has been months and I haven't been contacted or compensated for the $100 shirt that they ruined. I have talked to Sarah and left messages for Fran, but no one has helped me with this. I will likely find another place to do business."
