"I was involved in an accident early May and took my car for an estimate at Moore’s. Here it is November already and my car is still not fixed. A large lack of communication between one shop in the other. The reason was a lack of parts, but now I don’t believe that. I am still waiting, so I am not sure what kind of work they do. I just know once it’s fixed because they already have the insurance money that I will probably not go back. Today is another day. It is a great day for me. I am able to pick up my car. After a few miscommunications on my part, I finally got together and the car is awesome. It looks brand new.! I appreciate the time that Mike and his crew worked on my car! I will use his shop again."
