"So could not be more impressed . Got a flat last night. Came in this morning and had them quote me 4 tire replacement . They covered one tire under warranty(the flat) , alignment ,and out the door . Saved me more than 500.00 over tire shops prices .For a tire i just got 91 k miles out of. Loyal to the Voss for a reason. They hooked me up. Nice job guys."
"Terrible service center. Long waits and extremely overpriced services. I paid $225 for new lug nuts. It’s my fault for trusting them and not researching prices on my own. This car will be paid off in two months and I will be going to Toyota or Honda for my next car. This place is a joke."
"I brought my car here over three times in the course of two months. Each time, important and expensive fixes were found. And yet, my car would break down within the same week I got it back. At one point, I brought it back because I was noticing an oil leak on top of the car's engine. They proceeded to point at the AC system and say it was that. My AC was never used in the car, and it is obviously not even in the same area as a leak I could quite literally see ON THE ENGINE as we stood in the back, which is what I had taken it in for. Naturally, my car breaks down again the same month, but when I take it back they can't even diagnose the issue. I wish I was kidding. Upon my own research and help from other shops, it was an issue that would've had signs (and did) that entire time, but most especially would have been seen when they were doing the important "fixes" on my vehicle. But it never was, and I ended up having to sell the vehicle. I would not wish this shop on my worst enemy, and I regret all the money I spent at this place."
"Somehow fixing a HVAC drain line is not covered under warranty even though its a known issue on the Equinox. If a part fails under normal circumstances most people would consider that a faulty part. Also, $170 is pretty steep for a "diagnostic" fee which doesn't even include a detailed report with photos, descriptions, etc."
"If you have a used vehicle with a warranty and supposed to have zero dollar deductible I would take your business elsewhere. First of all after six hours I had to be the one to reach out to my service advisor to get a status update on my vehicle, only for them to come and say my vehicle is ready for pickup and nothing was found with the issue that I was having the technician check. When I picked up my vehicle I expected some sort of print out sheets saying that no codes were found and the test that they performed. Because I was expected to pay a "$150 diagnostic fee" plus a routine oil change and a tire rotation. Instead of getting something I could see on paper and have a record of for my vehicle history, I got a verbal response of "well that is not possible they can't do that" from the cashier and the service advisor that I was dealing with. I just felt it was poor customer service and I felt like I was not heard. Because I don't know about you but as much as vehicles cost these days I would like to know where my money is going and what service is being performed so I can actually see it and not just take somebody's word for it."
