"We hired FBTB last year around April because the previous company wasn't doing what we asked. It wasn't anything unheard of, empty the recycling. The first month they did it then stopped. It took emailing several times and threatening to cancel the contract to get them to just empty that container. I visit the office once a week and every time i was there i would get complaints about the condition of the office. Eventually it got to the point where the only thing being done was the garbage cans got emptied. We had a schedule of three cleaning days a week and that ended up being one day a week because they stopped coming and didn't say anything to us. They fired the person that was cleaning our office and said they would fix it but it was too late. I did what the contract said and gave them 30 days notice which would have been this coming Monday the 8th, 2018. But they decided to stop coming last week so i have a week of no cleaning company because i had planned on the next one starting that last day of the contract. I don't think i was asking for anything unreasonable, do your job, but they obviously couldn't manage that. Initially they were nice and responsive. Peggy was great. Once it's out of their hands and is handed to the cleaners themselves it's another story. Just my experience. They might do great for someone else and we're the only one's this happened to."
