"Unprofessional. I came to replace my oil pan, which they did successfully; however afterwords I experienced multiple noises coming from my car. They suggested a repair which didn’t make sense, I payed for and it did not fix the issue. Eventually I discovered the problem (through a different mechanic) as missing and lose bolts. That mechanic suggested I take it back to the mechanic who did the last repair job (Mike’s), so I did. Not only did Mike deny any wrongdoing, but he didn’t even see the missing and lose bolts. I just fixed it myself now but wish I got my money back after being accused of finding “bad” mechanics who actually solved my problem."
