"This was a horrible experience. Tony Klein showed up at my home on a Saturday afternoon with boots on & did not take them off & got mud on my stairs, carpeting and foyer rug before cleaning. He cleaned all the carpet & then got the second machine to suck up the water (which did not work because he dropped it in my driveway) & complained that he was having trouble with my carpeting. He then used a rake-like tool to go over the carpeting. When it was time to pay, I gave him my credit card & he couldn't get a signal on his phone, so I ended up writing him a check. My carpeting was still wet when I went to bed that night & the stairs did not dry out until Monday. The weather was cloudy & rainy all day Saturday & Sunday, so I did not notice until Monday, that not all of the mud had come out of the stairs & in several spots in the other rooms. I did not call Quick Dry back to clean again & spot cleaned the areas myself. I do not recommend them at all!!"
