"I had a bad experience here a few years back, putting that to the side we attempted another visit today. The employee that we spoke to had an attitude! Immediately in a ridiculous tone he told us they were backed up for the day with 2 repairs. Ok, that might not have even been a problem, why be rude about it? I brought up the fact that the website still said there were appointments for the day, or we could just walk-in, he said "he doesn't control the website". What a rude response, I'm sure he doesn't control the website, I didn't mean that at all. I just meant the website wasn't accurate. I mean maybe he should put a ticket in for support. I was not rude to start, and didn't deserve to be treated poorly for no reason. Since this is actually the second time an employee has been rude, (the other time was actually on the phone) I will not be revisiting, and will never suggest this place to anyone."
