"Deluxe Cleaners is always professional and helpful in all areas of dry cleaning, laundry and alterations. My daughter recently had her wedding dress altered for $90 whereas it was several hundred dollars at the bridal store. Her dress is currently cleaned, repaired, boxed and preserved. The employees are very knowledgeable and very personable. I know I will always receive 100% positive experience with Deluxe Dry Cleaners each and every time my family use them!"

"I'm another victim from this store, like Arielle Corcoran mentioned below. I bought my coat in for dry clean, they melted the buttons, completely destroy the coat and gave it back to me with a single "sorry, we did it like the manual but the heat melted the plastic. You can return the coat to the store" The manager wasn't there, I tried calling her but there was no answer. This coat was a gift from my friend and watching it ended up destroyed in this place is quite frustrating."

"The service was timely and the staff were friendly (that's why they got a second star). It was a wonderful experience until they shredded my husband's $90 shirt. They never said a word about it until we drove back 30 minutes later to show them the ruined shirt. Interestingly it was the only shirt not in the plastic bag when I picked them all up. The manager wasn't there and left a massage the following Monday with a $20 store credit offer. Needless to say I didn't call her back and we're trying a new business."

"Good cleaner at an awesome price. I used to go to the one in Mason and was sad when they closed. I drive the extra miles and take a large load to save gas. I've been there 3 times over the past year. The clothes are clean, well-pressed and have no odor. They've always been ready when promised. These are mostly women's blazers, suits, ties and a few winter coats. As of now, each item is $2.75! That's much cheaper than my neighborhood cleaner, whose service is no better (except they will pick up and deliver, but only if you have enough volume--at prices I can't afford)."
