"They put an "out of order" sign on a restroom that is fully functional. A worker who came in to clean left it unlocked and I was able to use the restroom. Works perfectly fine. And after 6ish months they still have it shut off to the public who needs to use it while they're here. I feel bad for any parent who has kids that need to cha ge their kids in the privacy of the bathroom. Seems like this laundromat wants us to use the tables instead. Still a somewhat clean facility. I find tons of dog and other animal hair scattered all throughout some of the machines which is disgusting."
"It's been at least 6 months with no bathroom. I know it's in perfect working condition because they accidentally left it open once when I was here. There has been no explanation for it's closure so I can only assume that they don't care about meeting the basic needs of their customers that are there for hours and spending their hard earned money. I've been in hole in the wall laundromats and they still have a restroom for their customers."
"For the most part, the building is clean and well kept. Customers are your average sort but seem to be quieter than most (no one on their phone speaking loudly or playing loud music). I come here, 15 minutes out of my way, because is well maintained."
