"I parked and came in to ask about a service and annual inspection. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes of me asking. The shop crew seem to work well together with friendly banter as well as getting the work done. Vanessa was exceptional with her attitude and work ethic. She did most of the work in the shop! Rob changed the oil filter and drained the oil. The guys inside at the desk were great too."
"I had to wait over 15 minutes for a simple fuel receipt because they were doing shift change. That is unacceptable. Fix your system so this doesn't happen. Drivers get paid by the mile and wasting our time like that takes money out of our pocket!"
