I've used a particular well known company for years for plumbing and septic needs and had always been very happy with them until they underwent some kind of structural change about 6 or 7 years ago. Then I felt like they became run of the mill and about getting as much money as they could out of every service call rather than the practical and very honest service they used to give. So when we used them to come investigate what was going on with our line/septic and they didn't complete the job and still charged us, I started looking for someone to help us and fast. It was just before Christmas 2022, and a winter storm was due to start within hours. We were also due to go out of town. The timing couldn't have been more awful. However, when I called Dennis at 7:30 in the morning, he assured me he would come right out and he did. It was cold, rain was starting and we had trouble locating the septic tank.
