"I was lied to by Jason the salesman. He didn't keep his word. He said all the trash would be removed from my basement . It wasn't. All of my stuff decorations of all kinds was organized. Was just tossed everywhere. He said out of his own mouth the the insurance would cover it and it was a 3 day turn around. Also I ask if we would be replacing the paneling and the drywall he said No! Out of courtesy of mine it will be replaced. Well none of that was finished.So now I have 2-3ft of my drywall gone and insulation around the bottom of my walls . No paneling back up. And a hugh mess to clean up in my basement where everything was just tossed everywhere . I am a very dissatisfied customer. Jason was sure to come out and tell us all what we needed it and made big promises. Then didn't live up to his word. Never the less iam pissed off. I will never use Jolly again. I will be sure to tell everyone I know the service I had from your company! I will make sure they will not use your company ."
