"I have used Zach on different homes I have owned. He is meticulous, responsive, affordable, honest and does great work. He took time to explain to me everything he was doing. He has done large jobs such as replacing a balcony, building on a roof over a patio complete with ceiling fans, HVAC work and adding bathroom fans with roof ventilation. All of his work has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Perfection Contracting to anyone looking for a trustworthy craftsman who cares about his work."
"Zach was excellent to work with on fixing our Air Conditioner. He was able to come quickly and assess the problem. He gave us a reasonable quote with different options to fix the problem. He ordered the part and the next day was out fixing it! Zach was professional and experienced during his time at our house! We would recommend him to anyone and will use him again!"
"I had a propane line ran into our home for a propane log set. Zach did amazing work, he was quick and efficient. While he was installing the log set I was in the middle of a kitchen project. Zach walked in the kitchen, said what’s going on here? He jumped right in a gave me a hand on this project as well. If I ever need any work done in our home, I will for sure call Zach first every time"
"Zach the tech they serviced us last summer was great!! He installed new furnace and AC system. Did a very professional job. Was very meticulous and installed in about half a day. Left our property very clean and appreciated his hard work and attention to customer service. The furnace and AC have been working great.
