"I dropped off a trailer tire to be put on a rim Friday, July 24, and asked for the old tire to be disposed of. I was told that it *might* be ready to pickup on Saturday, but most likely Monday. They would call me when it was ready.i called on Monday to check on the status. I was told that it looked like the tire was being taken care of as we were talking and I would be called when it was ready. It is NOW Wednesday, and they have NOT called me yet to come get the tire. To say that I am very disappointed with the service received is the understatement of the year. I do NOT recommend this business. (As I was submitting the review, they called. Two days AFTER they were supposed to call)"

"Called to have my zero turn tuned up and serviced. The guy I originally spoke with was very nice said he could have the guys come out on a Friday and have it picked up and brought back to me that day and he would call on the morning of Friday to have them come. Friday came and they called just before their closing time to say they "got busy" and wont be able to pick it up until the following week. We agreed for a Tuesday pickup and again it wasnt until closing time they called to pick up my mower. They never gave me a time of when it would be ready. I called on that Friday and spoke to a very RUDE lady who told me " We dont just sit around and wait for mowers. What do expect us to do. You will get it back maybe next week." Will not be using their services ever again! Do not suggest them or recommend with such poor customer care"

"I took my zero turn there last year to have an oil leak fixed. They had it for a couple of months brought it back, "repaired", but it still leaked oil. They took it back, had it another month, brought it back and said it was fixed. It was not, still leaked oil. Cost me $400 for nothing. I gave up on it. Just a few weeks ago decided to try to get it fixed again, took it to a dealer. He made the repair for $250. He ask if someone had worked on it before I said yes. He said it appeared they did not have the right tool to remove the seal and instead damaged the crankshaft permanently, looked like they removed the seal with a hammer and chisel."
