"We needed our septic tank pumped quick! I called Yoder's on a Tuesday afternoon after a different septic cleaning company was a no show to complete the service for us. Yoder's scheduled me promptly for a Thursday appointment. On Wednesday I received a call that a scheduling error had been made and was asked to move our appointment to Friday. I let them know we were really hoping for an appointment sooner than Friday because our drains were draining so slowly. The woman on the phone was so understanding, responsive and helpful. Now knowing we were in a slight emergency situation she said she would have someone out as soon as possible. Brandon showed up about 3 hours later. He was professional, kind and knew exactly what he was doing. The rate we were charged was lower than any other company that we had contacted. We were not charged an extra fee for the emergency service. Yoder's showed quality customer service, a desire to help and unmatched professionalism.
