"The heating element went out on my dryer so I decided to go and utilize their laundry service. I asked the two young ladies working there if I could sort my items (after being told they charge by the item) to which they said yes. After seeing how many items I had (which was, to be fair, quite a bit) they looked at me and said that there was a self-service laundry mat down the road which told me they did not want to actually work. If I had time, I would have gone to the self-service. I unfortunately did not. I’m not impressed by the false advertisement on the website stating they wash “by the pound of the bag” only to get there and be told I would have to pay per item."

"I just paid $143 to have 8 items dry cleaned. Nothing special, 3 dresses, 2 pairs of pants, and 3 basic shirts. For 4 of these items I paid more for the dry cleaning than the actual cost of the clothes. I noticed to late that the prices are posted, I did not see that because I used the drop off service. I think if they are going to grossly overcharge they should let you know the amount up front when you use the drop off service. After doing some research using the dry cleaners 3 miles away I would have saved $89. Not a happy customer"

"Excellent customer service! I asked if I could have a suit cleaned by 2:00 the next day, and they said they could do it. I later learned that I needed the suit earlier (I am a minister and had the wrong time for a wedding that I was performing). They took care of it and gave me a call as soon as it was finished! The suit was looking good!"
