"Used them for a truck that was stalling out in Willard, ohio. Told them that we suspected water in the fuel. Response time was good, repair technician brought fuel with him but had no way to get fuel out of tank on truck , he checked a couple of things it started and would run for a little bit and stall out. Called and asked him to check fuel filter, said he couldn’t because he didn’t have a replacement filter. Ask if he scanned truck with code scanner, he didn’t have one on his truck. Basically he showed up check a couple of things and said that was all he could do, charged $540.00 and left. The next day a get a call from customer service asking how everything went after explaining everything the customer service rep. Said she would have a manager call, manager called and said that this is not the way they do business and he was going to talk to owner about refunding part of the money back, it’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I would not recommend them for repairs. After getting truck back to our office changed fuel filter and it ran fine!!!!"
