"ive had nothing but issues with the location on broadway st in toledo. the day after my rental agreement was due, they showed up to my house (and scattered flyers all over my yard) and from then on out, called me twice a day, left voicemails and texted me. at one point they called again while i was at work. i answered because i was getting annoyed with the calls despite being at work and busy. i let the manager know that i was at work and she continued to badger me about making a payment. told her i was busy and that i would try but that i was working a long shift. i of course didn’t get a chance and by next morning they had started the calls and texts again. i only owed $85 for one payment and that was including the late fee and i made sure to check after the fact and it hadn’t changed. called and told eric that i would be sending it back because frankly the constant calling immediately after owing a payment was ridiculous. told him i was getting a new fridge and would call them that weekend for them to pick it up. next day the calls started again and i reiterated our conversation through text from two days before and he says “we haven’t heard from you in 15 days”. i reminded him yet again of the conversation and who i talked to, and when, and received no text back. finally the monday came after the longs awaited return that we agreed on, and they tried to say they didn’t have anyone to get it. i was put on hold 2-3 times before they finally agreed to get it that day. now days after they picked it up, im getting letters in the mail that i need to return the equipment. im so over this."
