The tech explained the process well and went above and beyond. The house looked amazing after. Could not recommend more highly. I need ten stars!!!"

"This was a very frustrating experience. Jacob was great to work with getting a quote and the initial scheduling of an appointment. Beyond that, things were not so good. The day of our appointment, one of Jacob's guys was unable to work. Our job (including roof washing) needed two guys, so Jacob postponed until the next day. Not ideal, but I understand, it happens. The next day, the first guy to arrive had a large pickup truck and a very large trailer - maybe bigger than the truck. He parked in the street and came to talk with me about positioning the truck. He said they needed it parallel to the house so the hose reels (on the side of the trailer) would be aimed at the house, so it's easy to unspool and reel in the hoses. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac, and our frontage is tiny. With the truck and trailer combination, in addition to blocking our driveway (which is fine), he would either be completely blocking one of our neighbor's driveways or halfway blocking both our neighbors' driveways. Jacob arrived and talked with his worker. I went indoors while they discussed the situation. The next thing I knew, the worker was driving away. Jacob told me that they couldn't do the job because of potential liability. Jacob said there's a company they work with often that does great work and has a much smaller truck, who would do the job for me. It's hard to understand how Jacob could have given a quote - based solely on seeing the house via Google Maps - and not foreseen the problem. It's unmistakable from Google Maps that there's not nearly enough room for the truck and trailer. It was also clear from discussion with Jacob that he has run into this situation before. It should not have been a surprise. I received an email from the other cleaning company. In the email, there was a disclaimer for me to sign. I wrote back and copied Jacob, because I had already signed a service agreement with iShine. Since iShine couldn't do the work, I assumed they were sub-contracting the job, and that the original agreement and quote would be honored. That was not the case. Jacob never did respond (including to a follow-up email I copied him on); but as it turns out he completely backed out and gave the job to the other company - who raised the price by $200. Obviously, I can't speak to the quality of iShine Cincy's work. I can say that I would not want to be in a situation with them where there was a problem and you'd need them to make things right."

"I called needing a soft brush roof cleaning ASAP to meet requirements for my homeowners insurance. Within a few days the roof was cleaned and looks like new. Brian was awesome."

"I couldn’t recommend Ishine enough. They are extremely professional with fair/competitive prices and an attention to detail. We have had them come out multiple times to clean our high gutters on multiple occasions and then we’ve had them come out to ‘soft wash’ our historic 1939 slate roof and garage contemporary roofs. Our roof had not been cleaned in many many years and the color had dulled with black streaks across the top and now the roof looks brand new (so much so that the former owner of 40 years asked If we replaced the roof—nope, just cleaned) We are especially pleased because slate roofs are extremely vulnerable to pressure washing and the soft wash process they utilized left our roof beautiful and without any damage. If you have a historic roof in need of cleaning/proactive preserving — clay, slate, etc. definitely give Jacob at Ishine a call."

"Stop right now and go ahead and hire iShine Cincy for that job you need done. I cannot say enough good things about iShine Cincy and Jacob. If I could give more than five stars I would. I had gone overdue on getting my home power washed and it was very dirty. Since the shutdown I feel like it’s so difficult to get responses from companies anymore. I requested quotes from 7 different companies and iShine was the only response I got. Their price was more than fair. It’s spring so they are very busy so I was offered several dates and times a few weeks out but they notified me immediately when they had a cancellation to get me in sooner and I of course took it. Jacob used a spigot I didn’t know I even had on my house and after 12 years of no use, it wouldn’t shut off completely. Instead of just leaving it to slowly drip and me notice it, he gave me a call, told me what was going on and he had called around and arranged for a plumber to come out and fix it and took care of everything. That level of detail and customer service sadly had me shocked. Not did he handle the issue my house looked brand new. This was the single best experience I have had with a business ever. If you need any of the services that they offer, do yourself a favor and go with Jacob and iShine Cincy, you won’t regret it!!"
