"I verified that their alterations person could hem jeans keeping original hem before going in. I put notes on both pairs requesting this and asked alterations person to call before doing anything just to make sure everything was understood. No call before. After a week, I called and was told they were done. I picked them up and original hems were gone. Ruined 2 pairs of Banana Republic jeans. Will not return."
"Had my daughter’s wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved at Deluxe Cleaners in West Chester. LeeAnn, the owner, was a delight to work with. She explained the whole process throughly. I felt very comfortable leaving the gown and veil. My daughter had a city wedding, literally dancing on the streets of Pittsburgh. The gown went from black on the train to white.
