"If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had a confirmed appointment to have cleaners come today and no one showed up. I left three separate voicemails during business hours with no return call. Not having anyone show up is bad enough, but the lack of customer service and communication is more than poor. Update - although the cleaners showed up almost an hour late, they were professional and did a good job once they got here. I did receive a call from the office apologizing for the issue and the lack of communication which was appreciated."
