"Went thru self wash bay, had sprayer put on high pressure soap, no soap came out, pressure ok but no soap, switched to wax, then light spray rinse at end, timed out..looked at my bank account to see if charged right said $10 for a $2 use of 4:30 mins maybe 5 idk I was trying to hurry as it was, I hope it changes or I'll be contacting my bank or business for explanation, nothing special of a car wash tho"

"After using my card for the automatic wash, it said to wait for my car wash. I sat for 20 minutes. I understand that things go wrong, but when I tried to call it said the number was not in service."

"Took our Big pickup truck through on Saturday and we had pears stuck all over our truck from high winds. Our truck is about 22 feet and almost didn’t fit wash. Owner came out and manually assisted sprayers to ensure enough distance to not scratch truck. Great guy.. was nice to see an owner take pride and great customer service. 75% of pears removed which is pretty good because they were glued on."
