"Company showed up unannounced and unscheduled, had to call and re-schedule. Did not show up for 2 scheduled appointments and when crew did come on 3rd attempt, I was disappointed in the work completed. Stainless cleaner was just sprayed on all of the stainless and haphazardly rubbed around. No grease was cleaned off before applying the stainless cleaner. They left without asking me to approve the work. I had to call the office and the crew was sent back out late that night to complete the work. I am still not pleased with the work that was completed in under 90 minutes and was charged $570. I have called and asked for estimates for filter exchange and have received no return phone calls. Looks like we will figuring out how to take those filters down and clean ourselves as I am very disappointed in the work done this time. Have used Liberty services in the past and was very pleased, not sure what has happened."
