Having it professionally cleaned by someone who can pick it up and properly clean it is the only option. Sandy was so helpful on the phone scheduling pick up and assuring me that the rug would be well taken care of. When the rug had been cleaned and was ready to be returned, Sandy called and it was delivered within the hour. The rug looks perfect and no smell of any kind from cleaners.
