Scott sent me numerous detailed videos of the vehicle prior to purchase and even met my request and had the vehicle put on a lift so I could get a clear look of the undercarriage. Adrienne provided the proper documentation in order to take care of my registration and title here in California. This has saved me many hours at the CA DMV which is never a pleasant experience. Adrienne even accommodated the three hour time difference and would answer the phone well past working hrs on her end at 7pm since I get off work at 4pm PST and have limited time during the working day to make personal phone calls. "Do not recommend. We drove 6 hour round trip to buy our 2020 F350. All the financing was done ahead of time to help save time. Salesman was great in the beginning. Truck was in great condition, per their dealership standards. There was a DEF issue told to us prior but everything else was good. The DEF part could be fixed at a dealership closer to us. Barely 300 miles later and the front end starts making a noise and we are replacing the brakes all around. So much for their great condition. Nothing back from dealer or salesman after emailing. Guess we should have know better. When something is too good to be true….. it usually is. I do not recommend their sales or service team."
