"Bought an alternator he said didn't know if it worked or not (it didnt) took it back for exchange next one didn't work either got new one from auto store problem solved needles to say I'm out $40"

"I call for a starter they told me that they had one and to come in so I did they couldn't find it then said they would pull one off to come back in a few hours so I did he told me they hadn't had time to get to it to come back the next day so I agreed when I went back they told me they didn't have one after 2 days"

I had to get the law involved because they wouldn't let me get into my own vehicle! They tried to be pushy and all around terrible business behavior. Made a bad situation worse I would never ever use them for anything. Worst service I've ever seen in my life"
