"My son went into a ditch with his boat attached to his truck. The boat started to go in the ditch first jackknifed his truck flipped, his truck on top of the boat literally twisted the ball hitch around the ball. John arrived quickly after the call. He did an amazing job of the whole mess! When I say mess you would had to see it! I was so glad my son and his friend were safe and not hurt. John took his time and was able to get everything untangled and everything pulled out with any more damage caused, which looked impossible! The rest of the people who stopped to help on the scene, were surprised at what John could do to save the truck, and the boat! The boat still needs repairs and there were some minor repairs on the truck. I was informed that John's expertise in saving the truck and boat from further damage it's definitely from his years of experience. I was also informed that other wrecker services don't take their time like John. The truck and boat would have just been dragged out of the ditch without the concern of more damage done.
