"I've been to parts stores with friendlier help. People in the area will always come here for sake of not wanting to drive further for what they need. That been said, I'm never greeted or acknowledged until I present myself at the counter as if I'm ready to give them my money. Only a couple of times have I felt as though I was there to help them rather than they to help me. Like I said, they have parts in my area."

"Friendly warming staff. Once they know you they don't forget, and always seem to be willing to give their input on things and help out. Parts and things are a little high priced but in today's world what isn't."

"The staff was neither friendly nor inviting, I was not greeted when in entered the store (just stared at), I was not offered assistance even though I spent time trying to find what I was looking for. Once I found what I needed and went to the register to pay for it I wasn't asked if I found everything I needed, in fact the guy that waited on me said absolutely nothing even when handing me my receipt until I said thanks (in a sarcastic way) to which he replied "take it easy". I'm trying not to put this on me being black (and being in a predominantly white rural area) because I'm not sure how they treat customers in general but this was not a good experience for ANYONE regardless of race. This store will get no more of my business."
