"The workers were very nice and friendly, but it was a mediocre wash job, and when I pulled out, there was still soap on my car and the whole vehicle was still running wet. And because there was still soap on my vehicles, when I put my windows down and put them back up, there is a residue all over the windows. I will continue to go to Westwood car wash where I know it is done right."

"I have been a member at the Van Wert, Ohio location for 4 years. Since Take 5 has taken over the quality of the car wash and customer care has greatly improved! I truly believe that good service starts at the top. The manager at this location goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of. The store is neat and clean and the staff are very polite. With great customer service and reasonable prices who could ask for more. I highly recommend this location and the Take 5 brand. "Headlight damage over time. I posting two pics one from our 2014 Ford and the latter a 2018 Honda . The Ford has never been through an automated car wash. The Honda bi-weekly for going on the second year. At Magic Tunnel now Take 5. I’m not sure the Honda headlamps scratching can be restored. It’s swirl damage from the car wash brushes. Just a heads up."
