Josh Okuly, who serviced our Traverse, did an amazing job. When we talked to him after the job was finished, it was very clear he knew what he was talking about. He's always referencing this model is known for this and that model is known for that.. etc. You can tell he pays attention to that stuff so when he is working on a vehicle he's unlikely to miss something. "As much as I want to rate them a 5 star I used to work there and loved it was washing cars and everything, but the reason why I rated a 4 star is some of the employees such as the salesman are completly disrespectful. One of the good salesmen decided to treat me like dirt on my last day because I moved and had no right to very glad he didn’t keep running his mouth cause I would’ve argued back but nope I ignored him don’t want to listen to soembody that wants to be very disrespectful to me but other than this I loved it!! And had some other mechanics threaten me to and some salesmen’s didn’t want to do anything about that which is sad"
