"Great people. I had to walk home to grab my phone to call them and walk back. They waited on me! To walk back to my vehicle"

"They kept my vehicle for an entire month and would not even give me an estimate. They looked at the vehicle the day after I dropped it off, and brought me in to show me some issues. The mechanic said John, the owner, could give me a price if I wanted to go ahead and repair the vehicle (it is a 1999, so it may not have been worth pricey repairs). I called back evrry single day trying to get a hold of the owner, only to be told he was on the phone with someone else and would call me back shortly. He never did. Finally got a hold of him a week later and he told me he didnt want to spend the time putting together a price unless I was committed to the repairs, which I found weord since the cost was the deciding factor. I told him to go ahead and put the price together for me. A week later I had not heard anything, so I called back. They said they didnt have anything for me, and would call me back... Long story short, after an entire month of waiting and not getting even one call back after being told numerous times that they would, I finally told them I could not go any longer without a vehicle. They promised me again they would call me the next day with or without a price to update me. Again, they did not. The owner, John, constantly promised to call back, and never did. He also would not give me a straight answer about anything. It took 4 phone calls and a trip to the shop to finally pick up my vehicle, which they had not even touched in a month. Conpletely wasted my time and left me in the dark the entire time. Broken promises and no return calls. Do not go here."

"Was told that my truck was moved to the back of the list because I only intend to use it 15 times a year. Instead I waited a month while it just sits there wasting my time. The older gentleman in the office has a problem with explaining to his customers that he is overwhelmed and shouldn't take on new projects. But instead berates the customers when he calls asking why and estimate is taking so long. Would not recommend, go somewhere like Fair Auto."
