"Daughter broke her arm (wrist area) and Parkview was the only place nearby-ish that was still open. There was no one in the waiting room when we arrived and we were let right into a examination room. Everyone was kind and efficient. We waited an hour for the x-ray to be read and she was splinted that night. We followed up for casting and have continued with follow ups. The physician's assistant for orthopedics was fantastic at setting my daughter at ease and casting (both times) went smoothly. Only once did we ever have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room for each appointment and that one was still only a 15-minute wait. Her arm healed well and so far we are very happy with the experience. It cost us a bit over $1000 (un-insured) to deal with the arm break from beginning to end. Some of the billing paperwork was a bit confusing (some came through as estimates and others as bills). Overall, we'd highly recommend this place for a broken bone."

"Went here once for an ear infection. Pretty sure it was in both ears and I definitley had more issues than just the ear infections but they kind of checked for the bare minimum to get me out of there as quick as possible which would seem like a good thing if you were in the drive through of a Burger King but I would've really hoped they spent a little more than 2 minutes to look me over"

"I have had great experiences with all the providers I have seen. Primary care, obgyn, orthopedics and dermatology. My issue is with the billing department. I show my insurance cards every single time I am in there but they are NEVER billed correctly. I have to call your billing department at least once every couple months to have them ran again, correct your information and no one can ever give me a concrete answer on who is messing up. Of course billing blames the receptionist (who are always helpful). It is the billing department period. This issue needs addressed ASAP"
