"This is THE BEST spa and nail salon on east side. The absolute best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had with Olga. I have been going for over a year 2x a month. On a scale of 1-10, Olga is a 15! You will not be disappointed. Additionally Lana is THE BEST for manicures and pedicures! My nails look amazing and the pedicure rooms are private and totally relaxing! You will love! "What a hidden gem in the Chagrin Valley! Easy access to 422, and effortless parking/entry. Atmosphere was welcoming, quiet, and private. My daughter and I had side-by-side mani/pedi services to celebrate her starting college. Sonja and Lana both did a beautiful job, and were very friendly and sociable without being overly chatty or weird. We were both totally comfortable with our technician, and look forward to booking future appointments with them. All 40 of our fingers and toes look buffed, moisturized, and clean. Spotless work. My daughter’s favorite part of her services with Sonja were the beautiful job she did with her cuticles. (That’s quite a compliment coming from my daughter, who fastidiously applies cuticle oil to her cuticles nightly!) My favorite aspect of my services with Lana was her attention to detail; the sides of my fingernails have a funny curve to them that is usually overlooked when I get a manicure, and Lana not only noticed that without me having to point it out, but kept at them until they did her bidding. Another feature that I really enjoyed was that this salon has separate *rooms* for pedicures, with an elevated seating area and a ceramic foot tub that is permanently installed. Ceramic held the heat of the water better, and felt more sanitary than the usual lineup of electric chairs with tubs along a wall. We’ll definitely be back!"
