"The stylists at Changes are all SO nice and accommodating! I have been to both Spaela and Nicole- they listen to what I want for my hair and always offer tea or coffee or sparkling water. A visit to Changes is always a respit from life’s hectic pace - AND I ALWAYS get complements on my hair color!!!"

"I went for a last minute haircut before leaving for vacation and was very unhappy with the cut I received. The bowl cut the stylist left me with is let’s say not very flattering. When I reached out to the salon I was offered for someone else at the salon to fix it. Again this was last minute and I don’t have the time to get it fixed nor do I feel comfortable. When asked for a refund I was told it’s not their policy. I’m sure it’s not your policy; however, exceptions can be made in cases like these. Now once I get to Florida I have to find a stylist to fix my hair where I’ll be paying and tipping again. I’m understanding that everyone makes mistakes it’s the recovery that’s important and they missed the opportunity to turn this around."
