"Every time we place an order for delivery, we get the incorrect products and they refuse to fix the problem and deliver the correct product. So, even in a pinch, don’t order anything delivered from this store."

"Great place with a variety of brands, other than the absence of redken and amika (two of my favorites). Customer service is great and they are always willing to help, although it can be confusing to tell workers from shoppers since they have no uniform or name tags. I love visiting here and getting my hair care but I've found that they are usually out of stock on alot of items, I have had to make various trips to try and get an item specifically."

"I gave this a one star because i went there to buy a set of andis hair clippers called on the phone they have the set that i want so i drive 30 mins and the lady tells me when i try to buy them ($84.99) that you have to be licensed to purchase anything from them. Like dang you could have said that on the phone . you guys lost $85 dollars over a pair of hair clippers that not everyone has a license and still usues them to cut their own hair , just seems crazy this is a rule i literally went to sallys beauty supplie and got the same ones without a license.huge fail for this place.atleast let people know before they drive there and waste gas ...."

"I gave this a 1 star only because of the nice young lady that helped as soon as i asked. The problem is she didn’t know what the item i wanted was. Another issue is you have to be a licensed cosmetologist to buy from the store which wasn’t addressed. It was honestly a waste of time i do not recommend."
