"One star is giving too much credit. Cancelled 1st of Feb at the Beavercreek location and they refused to stop the pending transaction so I cancelled my membership. Well to my surprise my account was still charged this month for a membership I cancelled a month ago. Once again they refuse to do anything. Piss poor customer service which usually comes from upper management!"
