"Totally inconvenienced customer. Purchased something at Chardon store, wrong item was delivered, and tried to return at more convenient Mentor store. Have to drive to Chardon to return wrong item that was sent to me by their mistake. Do not have the infrastructure for online orders."

"Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. As soon as you walk in they ask what you are looking for. The last time I was actually just browsing, because I didn’t know what I needed. I knew that I was having a hard time keeping my curls from getting frizzy. The lady working there then asked, well if I can’t help you find a specific product, what are your hair needs. As soon as I explained my hair “woes” to her she led me to a new curl cream they just got in. It was exactly what I was looking for. Always an enjoyable shopping experience there."

"The store was clean and has great selection, but the lady working was unhappy and rude to me. As a professional I help when I can, as I was there a older lady came in asking about flat irons, the lady working was short with her and wasnt anawering her questions. So I stepped over to see if I could help and was able to give her the answers she was looking for, the lady was then rude and nasty to me as I checked out. Not sure i will shop there again even though it is closer for me."

"Selection is same as other Sallys. Store us very clean. BUT the employee I've seen every time I'm there is miserable. She is rude, offers help but then gets pissy if you need it. Has actually not responded to me at the register when I talk to her. She is horrible"
