"My sister and I, both puerto rican, went in looking for stuff for her colorguard makeup. Immediately as we walked in they asked us why we were there (in an unwelcoming tone). We explained a few times why and went to look at the colors. They didn't have any colors for colored people at all and kept a small variety of all makeup. I never once expected to be suspected as thiefs just for looking for makeup for a school activity in a beauty store. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! Never returning."

"You would think the only hair store in town would sell products for people of all colors but instead they intentionally do not order anything for Blacks to prevent us from coming to the store because they assume we are thieves and can’t afford to buy from their store. You can feel how they’re staring and following with their eyes instead of assisting. As a Sally’s Professional member that moved from the south, the sally here makes me feel I’m not wanted and I will not attempt to shop there again. They can cancel my membership."
