I’ve been here many times to get services done and every time I’ve walked through the doors to the minute I’ve sat down in a students chair, I’ve been treated with nothing but respect and professionalism by both Instructors/management and students! "My daughter had her hair highlighted. It's an educational program and I understand that. The instructor consulted with the student and my daughter and then didn't come around again until she was done. It was yellow and brassy. We contacted the student who offered for her to come back to fix it. When we left the second time, she still had yellow streaks and her instructor told the student good job. We were charged both times. We had to go have her hair fixed- a color correction and have now paid a lot of money and her hair is so damaged. I've left 4 messages for the owner with no return call. We've attempted to call several times and the voicemail is full. Not a very professional way to run a business. I feel bad for the students who are provided with minimal instruction."
