"I recently came into your Strongsville,Ohio location on February 8th,2024 and was highly disappointed. I purchased a pair of earrings at the time of purchase I was not made aware that earrings, body piercing products, face masks, or hair accessories was final sale. I also did not receive a receipt. I was only asked about an email. I walked back in the store 30 mins later to return the earrings I just purchased just to then found out that the earrings was final sale. I’m disappointed in the employee training. I have never been into a store and purchased an item that was final sale and not be told at the time of purchase that the item is final sale. I would highly recommend new staff training so this would not happen to another customer. I will not be shopping here again."

"The store was nicely set up and the workers were extremely nice. However, the product they are selling is extremely cheap and will break and/or tarnish almost immediately!! My daughter got a watch on a Friday evening and by Sunday it had fallen apart!!"

"2nd time stopping in this store and I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what but my daughter and i couldn’t even purchase what we wanted there was only 1 person working and she was in the process of piercing ears . After waiting by the register for 10 minutes we ending up leaving our stuff at the register because we only had a limited time left to shop . Love the merchandise but the wait to get cashed out is beyond ridiculous"

"Never buying from here again! I bought $40 worth of rings and I asked several times if they would change color if I washed my hands with them on or if they’d turn my finger green and I was told I could and they wouldn’t change color. A week after buying them they in fact changed color. I drove to the store to show them that they lied to me and I wanted to exchange them for new ones so I could make sure I take them off and they wouldn’t change color. They told me without a receipt they couldn’t do anything for me. I even still had the tags from the ring saved. I wouldn’t have minded had they been up front with me about them not actually being silver plated"

"Terrible store. I bought earrings for my sister. I was told she can return them within 30 days. She had the receipt. The store told her she could not return them. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed"
