"I have had 4 treatments on my biquini area and have not noticed results. After telling this to the staff recently, she informed me that I will need to buy more treatment sections to see results. In my third section my daughter and I were burned so we had to wait more time to restart the treatment til the red/purple mark spot disappear. My sisters have not had this long to see results in their treatment experience in another spa. actually in my sisters second section they had a huge result. I haven't been happy about my results so far but the staff has always been very friendly and I cannot complain about that. When I complete my 6 sections I will review my comments here to let you know the next steps regarding my treatment."

"I made an appointment for today at 10:30am, this would have been my third visit. I didn’t receive a reminder yesterday as I normally do, so I contacted the salon via email and phone to confirm my appointment. They never got back to me, but I had read reviews here of people being charged late/no show fees for missing an appointment that they didn’t get a reminder for. So I made the hour long drive as I figured they just forgot to call me. Well, I’m here now and the place is apparently closed. I don’t know if they went out of business but they are not returning any of my calls or emails. I’ve wasted 30 minutes already waiting here - pretty disappointing and unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere."
