"Will give a 5 star because the 2 haircuts I’ve got were indeed awesome. Need to give a feedback though because there is room for improvement. Have had my haircut with the same person. This person is very insecure but also very talented. In her first attempt, the haircut does not look good. She seems to just want to get the job done quickly. Always have to insist and direct her a lot in the fade and blend that I like. If this person puts effort in the details and making sure in focusing on a good blend, I’m sure she’ll be a 6 star. Hope the manager gets this."
"Took me off from the waiting list. I waited 70 mins for the haircut. Just told me its not in our hands and didn't give me a haircut. Regular customer of Great Clips but I wont be going to them anymore."
