"i had a great experience! the person at the desk who did my paperwork was extremely friendly and the person who did my piercings was absolutely wonderful. so sweet! they went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and constantly checked in on me. unfortunately the piercing on my right nipple ended up crooked, but i personally don't mind and it's not enough to detract from my rating. accidents happen! excellent atmosphere and fantastic staff."
