"I'm absolutely blown away by the sheer audacity of this salon! Can you believe it? They didn't just cancel on me once, but twice during the holiday season—a time when everyone's trying to look their best. But here's the kicker: now they're outright refusing to service my daughter, all because of a review I had the nerve to write. She's innocent in all this, yet they're punishing her as if she's the one at fault. It's downright disgusting, their behavior. The ignorance and blatant prejudice they're showing towards my family is beyond appalling. We've done nothing to deserve this treatment. Their refusal to cut her hair, their vindictiveness—it's all just a display of unprofessionalism and pettiness on a level I've never seen before. I am completely and utterly disgusted by their practices. How a place like this can even operate with such a lack of decency and respect is beyond me. It's not just disappointing; it's reprehensible."

With being autistic, hair cuts tend to be a sensory nightmare for me, however Savannah was very patient with my quietness and i love the results, it’s exactly what i asked for. would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an alternative haircut."

"Best haircut I’ve had in decades. I see Angelique Manns, who was super helpful in deciding on some big changes in my style and maintenance. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new razor cut Frenchie bob and don’t have to work so hard on controlling my naturally very flat volume/texture. I drove here from Cleveland because I was looking for a stylist who specializes in razor cutting. Definitely now “my salon” despite the nearly hourlong drive!"

"It’s the Season to cancel appointments I guess. Emily cancelled my appointment to get my hair cut a week before Christmas and then again right after, giving no reason the first time. The second time stating I needed to update my payment method. But instead of giving me chance to do just that, she cancelled my hair cut. This place thinks they are all that, with their ridiculous prices and unfair cancellation policies. Let’s not forget not being able to book an appointment by talking with a person or being greeted at the door. I’ve been going there for years and my daughter goes there too, but they have permanently lost me as a customer. I just can’t think of any reason to stay.! Get off your high horse Skulz and remember you’re in the business of making people look and feel good. Your business practices do the complete opposite."
