"Knowledgeable, kind, and patient staff. Sterile and professional. My 14yo had all of their questions answered. The assistant helped her find the right size jewelry. The owner pierced her and was very thorough in explaining the process. *He almost didn't pierce her because of her glasses sliding down and sitting right where the jewelry would be, so we bought oil absorbing wipes to keep her glasses up until she gets new glasses in a few months. I found that to be exceptionally responsible for them to make a judgment call like that, to keep their client healthy and on a good path for healing. We will be returning in the future if she wants more piercings."
