"I can't actually rate the products and service so I'm putting it halfway for now. I drove down to Kenmore to check this place out from Cuyahoga Falls. Not extremely far but not the point. I arrived according to my GPS/phone at 1:45pm. Walked up to a locked door and a sign that says "Went to lunch. Be back in 30min!" Now I have no issue with small shops that only have 1 person working needing to go to lunch, we gotta eat. My problem is that I, as a customer, have no idea when that sign was put up. Like, did they leave right before I got there? 5mins before? 10min? 20min? Did they come back right after I decided to leave? Only the employee who is at lunch knows. So I just wanted to post a suggestion. Put the time you will be back so someone walking up can tell if they have time to wait or if they should come back another time. It's a simple fix. I'll change the rating if decide to check them out another time."
