"We moved back up to to Ohio and I had to switch my pharmacy to something closer. This is the pharmacy we use for our kids and the first time I filled a prescription here.this was by far the worst experience I've had with a pharmacy. Looped through the pharmacy 4 times apparently they have a 2 lane drive thru pharmacy but you can ONLY pick up in 1 lane (stupid... dont offer 2 lanes then) then they asked for the normal stuff name, DOB, insurance. I present them with everything including the card ive always used to fill my prescription and their pharmacist apparently can't find the needed Information off the card. I called and talked to the card holder and was told I had everything I needed. Looks like I'll be driving an hour and a half one way to my original pharmacy next time because this is absolutely ridiculous. I also was not the only one that thinks this is ridiculous. I got to listen to a bunch of very unhappy customers while I was waiting to be helped with a lot of the same issues I ended up having. My primary care doctor also confirmed that all the information was infact on my insurance card and could have been accessed through the prescription that got sent in. A lot of us have lives and can't wait 45 minutes to an hour for you to do the job you were supposed to have already done before I got to the store. You had multiple days to fill the prescription (poor time management) the new girl the 4th loop around got my stuff for me and it was a quick experience"
